As to the battery itself, the initial performance appears to be well within specs -- everything is working perfectly straight out of the box. Time will tell how well it lasts, but it's looking good so far.

My only tiny nit, if I had to come up with one, would be the foreign transaction fee on my credit card -- I did not realize that the charge would come from overseas. No biggie, just if I knew I'd use a different card.

While the battery works great, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone wanting to monitor the usage via the Bluetooth app.

It oftentimes doesn’t remember the battery, and so I have to reconnect it. I also can’t see historical usage of the power, or how well my solar setup is charging it over time.

Would choose something else based solely on the app being garbage. Battery seems fine. Wouldn’t know as I can’t really monitor it.

After a lot of online research, I chose the TechCella 100a BMS batteries as several reviewers had put them to load, life, and charge tests and found them to meet or exceed their specifications. I have upgraded several of my boats trolling motor from deep cycle lead acid to the TechCella LiFePo4 batteries. They are a fraction of the weight, deliver more storage power, and can be charged faster than the lead acid alternatives. They also offer a much longer service life. So far they have performed very well and I love the Bluetooth app which provides real time battery monitoring.
